I've had psoriatic arthritis for 10 years now. I have an injection every 12 weeks, Arcoxia everyday and steroids when I'm at my worst. I have been trying to eat healthy hoping I can possibly stop the steroids completely. Has anyone else changed there eating habits and seen results? or have you heard of any food or exercise that could help? I live in Enfield if there's any groups or places to go to share ideas with younger people with Arthritis please let me know.
