Dave - Male, Herts

Herts - Wed, 4 May 2016

I have recently discovered that certain aromas pick me up and make me feel less tired.

Does anyone the best way i should take this forward? Do i need to see an aromatherapist to get expert advice or can i just go into a shop, buy some fragrances and do it by trial and error?

Any suggestions for a good shop or an aromatherapist?

Hi Dave, not sure exactly where you live in Herts but a friend of mine went to see a private aromatherapist recently - her name is Sian O'Flynn - she works in Hemel Hempstead but i think she also has clinics in Leighton Buzzard and Dunstable - her site is: www.nature-to-nurture.co.uk

Hi Dave, I buy my own online but you can buy them in stores like body shop. you can use oils for either the body or to fragrance the home. Just make sure you use ones that are suitable for what you need them for. I get mine from http://www.essentialoilsdirect.co.uk. orange and peppermint are the best pick me ups you can use them one at a time or at the same time for an instant lift.
